Mouse won't work

No mater where I plug it in it won't work tried another mouse I had and same thing kept failing to install drivers something when I used the keyboared to get to the the device manager page and try reinstall the drivers
Need help ASAP

Well fixed it like a boss with a full windows reinstal

lol nice work nem
maybe u should check the usb driver. there is a trick to enable all installed and disabled drivers and maybe u only have to clean it
