HALP, fixing logo

I need to fix this logo for work, but I have no idea how to do it, anyone here good with PS or something..
I need to smooth the edges without it looking weird, it needs to look less pixles at when I make it larger!
Please heeeeelp!

you should do a new logo and dont modify this.

Note that the edges have been smoothed a lot
