TS 3 failed to resolve host error

Had this pain in the arse for a while but was able to resolve

Local Problem, reset DNS:
If you know without a doubt that everything is typed in correctly try flushing your dns.

Open a command prompt or the equivalent on your computer
type "ipconfig /flushdns" without the ""
