The UK Football Association worried a couple of years ago that the arrival of the Olympics in London was going to highlight all the Olympic athletes trying their hardest to excel in their sport while living in cheap housing. In comparison Premier League players were going to look like a bunch of whining, cheating, overpaid cunts. Rather than slapping the players, the FA has spent millions in advertising and promotion with campaigns labelled non-phrases like "Respect". Net effect.. no change to soccer at all.

I don't get why the other side doesn't get a penalty when a player cynically cheats by diving in the penalty box.
