I can honestly say I'm a little disappointed . Compared to bf3 it still looks dated, and the game play and HUD looks like a console port.

My thoughts exactly , this looks like CSS with console retardation . As mentioned in the video though this isn't supposed to be CSS 2 . It's the first steps in cross platform play , which by it's nature is going to have to be driven by the lowest common denominator.

Unfortunately it's console gameplay and the people playing are terrible at it, but it's a good look at the changes to Dust. Also it appears from the scoreboard that points are awarded simular to battlefield...maybe?

the visual stuff is nice, but not particularly grand either.We shall see.

The reviews say that CS GO is a re-write from scratch but I'm guessing that was needed mostly to bring in the consoles - otherwise the game changes wouldn't have waited for 2012. Using molotovs to slow down T rushes will radically alter the gameplay I think, as dropping a molotov at short A would be a no-brainer, and you could also do teh double doors and B tunnels. Might be interesting to see how it plays out. Graphics look laugable though. I've got to believe console players will get owned by PC's but I guess they'll rely on the score-matching ranking system. If there's nothing to stop PC owners walking around pwning xboxers they're not gonna stay in the game long.

It will have two gun game modes built in and valve have hired the guys that made the gun game mod to make them...which is nice

Also lots of new screenshots here of new maps that look a fair bit nicer than we've seen so far
