new patch to supposedly solve FPS issues that I WASNT FUCKING HAVING now has the delicious side effect of making random NPC enemies essential and unkillable. they just go unconscious and wake up with full health. you dont even get the xp.

gamebreaker (unless they meant it as an ultrahardcore annoy the fuck out of people game mode)

I only encountered that problem once.
Never since then.

excellent retardo problem theyve introduced with the patch.

any weapon you have to reload singly - eg cowboy repeater - fecks up vats and other controls - this is after the hotfix for the other shite
