It seems that i unlocked a new problem in BF3 :
After few minutes playing, the game just freeze and the only thing i can do is manually restarting the machine...
Sometime the sound just shut off few seconds before freezing...
Anybody unlocked this new BF3 option and knows how to deal with it ?

sounds like a temprature problem or a motherboard chip driver failure. maybe you should search for new motherboard drivers.
you can try to start a stress-test programm to see if its a temperature problem.

Thanks Shutty for the tip.
I read few thread where they strongly advise to desactive hyper threading for i7 chips.
I did it and it seems not to crash anymore.
It is weird coz i played for month without any problem.
Actually it started since i installed the new AMD drivers...so i reinstalled the previous version

Mine did the same for a couple of tries on sun and mon, it would stutter when i tried to turn in game and just be very laggy then die, I have updated ATI catalyst (25/1 update) and it so far seems to off done the trick
