spray download

i was wondering why i don´t see the sprays of u guys, so i set in the cl_allowdownload to "1" and cl_playerspraydisable to "0" but still i don´t see any sprays( only from simply- maybe cached or something!?)

any ideas?

i will delete all downloaded maps and models- maybe this helps.

there is a filter option in the menu. you chekd it? dot know the command at this time and after this party

no success
i found a seeting called cl_allowdownload "0" in my config.cfg and changed it to "1" but everytime i start CSS it gets changed back to 0.
i don´t have a autoconfig.cfg or something...strange.
keep trying some settings, but i see myself installing CSS newly from scratch

Check to make sure your cfg isn't read only.

If that fails try deleting ( back them up first ) all the files out of \counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg .
Restart Steam and it should re-download the default cfg ( your lose all your key mapping etc though)

thx slarti for the reply, the thing is the config file is saved but when i start a game it gets changed.

i renamed the folder config to old and got a new folder and all files download fresh, but still same issue.
i hear the sound of spraying but i don´t see a sh*t.

maybe i combine the new install with the invest of a pair of new discs (my old 2x160GB SATA 1 RAID 0 disks a ready for retirement )

after renaming all folders under cstrike, all have been downloaded again and finaly i can see your sprays!
looking forward to friday to see some new of u slags
