p.s. when the 600' building in this pic was constructed in NYC I snuck up to the roof and climbed up a metal ladder that runs up the inside of the spire. On top there's a 4'x7' platform with a 18" raised rim which I climbed onto, and the whole building sways in the wind, let alone the spire. Not quite transmission-tower credibility but I was still scared fartless.
