Hi. My name is Bandit.

I just started playing in your gungame server very recently - its a nice server by the way.

Today I was playing on there as a terrorist and near the end of the map I got auto-swapped and, thinking that I was still a terrorist, I ran up to a CT and knifed him. I was so focused on playing the game that it wasn't until I killed the guy that I realised I was a CT. I apologized and fair enough - the guy drugged or slapped me - cant remember which cos I was so shocked that I had done it.

I accepted my punishment from him - fair enough I did it and thats that. I then got slayed by an admin who said I deliberately did it despite the fact that I apologized and said that it was an accident cos I got team swapped.

On the next map I was a terrorist and I got killed by a team mate. Nothing happened to the guy that killed me and I asked for an admin and then asked what was going to be done about it after what had happened to me. I was told that what I did was "deliberate" and that what he did was an accident. I explained again that what I did was an accident and I had apologized and then said it looked like one rule for everyone else - or something like that.

Next thing I know is I get kicked and banned while an admin is threatening me with more ?

Can someone please tell me why this has happened?

Bandit was "abusing" an admin? Ha!

I would say it was the other way round.
Bandit knifed badger totally by mistake, I was there. He(bandit) was shocked that he team killed and very quickly said sorry to badger. Bandit punishment was to be decided by badger, not an admin, as it is part of the game. There would not be options to choose what to do to your team mate if it was not badger's decision. If every time someone team kills someone else, why don't we have an admin slaying that person? Because it is unfair and abusing their powers.

I can vouch for Bandit that he was not "abusing an admin". Ok, even if he did get annoying, there is the option to mute the player and warn him not to argue anymore otherwise there would be consequences. But nope, this did not happen - simple kick and ban.

Also spike, your cap locks are on

Tbh... the Punishment menu is there for a reason, admins don't need to slay people after they've been subject to the admin menu.

Thank you for your reply. You are wrong in what you say. I dont have a mic so I couldn't possibly have abused an admin. Anything I said was in type chat.

I would ask that you check the log please as I now find myself accused of something I never did. I have never had this problem in any other server that I have played in.

The other admin - you say he was being polite? I never heard so much swearing. He was threatening not only me but someone else for shooting out of a window. He said that he would slay the guy for three rounds if he did it again and he threatened to slay someone else for blocking him as well.

Anything that I said will be on your log. Trouble is everything that you both said wont be so its my word against yours. I guess I'll just leave it and walk away. I didn't come here for trouble - just to play a fun server that I used to think was fun anyhow.

fabz be carefull m8 you was warned about team wounding and you gave me a mouthfull just because server 2 is a free for all and no team play it dont mean you can shoot anyone as it relly pisses for the peeps on your tean who loos half their life then get killed by the other side ... the main reason for our servers popularty is because for the way they are run and our policeys on fairnes may i suggest if you dont like our policeys or the way our PAYING and sa and admin staff run the servers then leave us alone and go on to servers where you get tked all the time and if you read the messages on the screen in green letters is states admin abuse will not be tolorated ...you also need to get your facts right it was me who was threating the player in the window and the people on the roof ...there was two admins on today me with 5 years experance and rave who has only just started ...other admins might let you get away with all your tkin and teamwounding BUT I DONT out of fairness to the other players

whats the problem with shooting from a window and being on the roof? asking not to cause a arguement, just wandering incase anything dodgy to look out for!

I haven't been playing recently partially because of the way the servers seem to be being run.
Playing gungame or any game is NOT fun when you're being shouted at and admin abused for doing nothing or very little wrong... in this case he got slayed for an accidental TK after having already been slapped/drugged.
You can't expect to admin abuse someone, without good reason, and for them not to bite back.
