Re: Wifi-ish question.
ROFL, Slarty, I was thinking the same thing... lol Esp when he mentioned, model numbers... I thought he had Lucy Pinders mobile number at hand...lol Anyway, back on subject. We have simular budget and high end wireless cams that work the same way for our security cameras at our different sites, so w...

Re: Unlimited Detail Technology
Great post mate. Sounds like the sort of the Lloyd Grosman of IT. I did understand all of it tho and it made it very interesting. Its certainly "out of the box" thinking and I commend that. I have a different vision myself, instead of trying to make 2D into 3D by using software/hardware, t...

Re: where is the best place to start upgrading my system
Nothing wrong in that mate, I have a Commadore PET in my loft...lol I agree with everything the previous posters have said tho. Unless you really have money to burn, a 64 bit OS ( personally would buy a full version instead of an upgrade ) on decent 64 bit HW will make some difference, but I would s...

Hello dude.
Good luck with your app. Just bear in mind, your application will not be just judged on your server activity, but on forums activity too.![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Re: Format fail!
Lo mate, Reformatting alone, does not remove partitions, it just wipes the data on it. Partitions are a "set" area the pc sees of your hard drive. You need to delete the parttions first, Im assuming you have one partition of about 130gb and the rest of the space is unallocated. To remove t...

Re: Format fail!
Lo mate. What size does it show in the BIOS for your hard drive Or, are you absolutely sure you have deleted all the partitions on the drive when you formatted it? Try checking the drive management in Windows. Right click on "my computer", select "manage" and check the "Disk...

Re: Lost USB key.
I would assume, although you didnt mention it, that the HD your referring to is not the college pc hard drive, but her own computer/laptop.? If it was the college pc, her data might be backed up on her profile on the exchange. ( if thats what they use ). I have to say, data recovery, is quite diffic...

Bamz, Both were correct ( at time of posting ) which I have stated in my posts which Gavac and Muddy have highlighted. http://forum.ofc-gaming.com/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=4143 The second option ( the one muddy's reffering to ) is really only ideal if you want to join only those 2 servers ever. Howe...

Re: Cant Connect To Server 1 - Auto Kick
Just my 2 cents... First of all matey, before you start changing every setting on your pc and deleting blob files etc, we need to identify it its ONLY server 1. Can you please verify if its only server 1 or every server? If you can join S2 or S3 or even several public servers, it might help clarify ...

Re: CPU cooling
ROFL...slarty... Anyway, I know HW will hate me for saying this, but I had the same issue with my previous MSI board, however, I dont know if this was because of the manufacturer being different to HW's ASUS, but I was able to get a number of them on ebay for a couple of quid in the UK, which came a...
