I would agree that theory, but if he is then using his modem and its changing his ip then I guess thats not the case.

Naughty boy. Have you tried a hard reset of the router so it defaults back to factory settings? Somewhere along the line, someone must of set the ip on the router manually ( if that is the case ). Ive never water cooled , but some friends of mine did, when it first came out. Leaks were the biggest problem and the extra space needed for the tanks etc. Its probably come a long way since tho...
