Before trying to overclock your CPU because BC2 maxes out both cores, my overclocked core2duo still shows the same behaviour. For some reason BC2, even if you're at the menu screen, has one of the cores maxed out and the other at ~65%. This can't be a CPU limitation and smacks more of a badly writte...

The last couple of graphics cards I've owned have usually hit 60 degrees under heavy load and they've been fine. My old 6600GT used to get up to 70 and that was ok too. Have you overclocked the card?
