ok so i just reformatted me pc

and i decided to partition my HD into 3

one for windows, 1 for game and 1 for general

problem is i underestimated how much space windows takes up so the drive that it its installed to (c:/) only have anout 140mb left on it

is that gonna cause me problems?

Not sure if this is true or not, but I seem to recall it can depend on the content server steam assigns to you - usually the least busy/fastest one to your location. I beleive deleting the .blob file and a few .dll's will reset your default content server. Again I could be wrong on that, never had ...
