I had the same problem, all I had to do was to change the steam language from swedish to english. But i guess you cant do that.

The same thing happend to me, all I did was wait, wait and wait... took forever.

Ye i get a better ping, it's not much but good enough. When im at my fathers place I have about 90-100 ping, and at my mothers where i have the 100/100 i get between 60 and 70 so it helps. But it really shows when your downloading stuff, at my fathers i get a downloading speed at about 200-300 kb/s ...

I have 100/100 and i think it's worth it, not that i pay anymore for it. I only use it everyother week though, but i love to be able to get a movie or something in a couple of minutes.

So yes, its worth it, and you should get it.
