Only thing I don't like about chrome and other google apps/tools are the services they run in the background that you just cant disable. If you do try and disable them they re-install/re-enable them self.

Have to go with plusnet, had virgin and had big problems also had zen internet which were great! But zen does cost a bit. We run with Blackboard, have to admint its a love hate thing.
One tip with blackboard Ive just found out is you can design a normal webpage (dreamweaver etc) compress it to a zip file and upload that to BB. Then BB will serve that as a normal webpage. Kinda cool.

Hi guys (n gurls) anyone offer some tips on lag spikes? Im using a DLink Wireless G Desktop Adapter (DWL-G510) to connect to a wireless router DLink (DSL-26040B) connecting at 54mb with full signal strength but every 2mins or so I get a huge lag spike for a second. The only way this could work is if its some sorta VNC player for games but that would be just shit as it will be mr MPEG and hell standard DVDs are bad enough when it comes to action parts. If its just downloads..... well dur Steam... been there done that pissed off with it already. Cant play games ...

K-Lite codec pack + mediaplayer Home cinema (both free and gets a thumbs up from me for watching all your online TV etc etc).
